Job Overview

The Facilities and Energy Leadership role presents a challenging opportunity to lead facilities management, ensuring safe operations across stores and corporate offices.


Main Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic maintenance plans to drive continuous improvement in service and efficiency.
  • Oversee energy management, collaborating with sustainability teams to deliver on targets.
  • Manage key supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with legislative obligations and agreements.
  • Provide financial oversight of budgets and assets.
  • Support construction, fit-out, and renewal programs, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with building standards.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive culture.

Requirements
  • 10–15 years' experience in facilities management or leadership roles, preferably in retail environments.
  • Bachelor's degree or extensive industry experience in facilities management, engineering, or related disciplines (trade qualifications in electrical/air-conditioning highly regarded).
  • Strong knowledge of facilities maintenance systems, building compliance, and occupational health and safety requirements.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale budgets, contracts, and supplier relationships.
