Job Overview

The Post Production Support Specialist plays a vital role in supporting customers post go-live of the Charles River Investment Management Solution implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define new client requirements and configure the application to meet their business needs.
  • Train users, test workflows, and resolve issues.
  • Liaise with Technical Support and Product resources to troubleshoot application issues.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the financial industry.
  • Experience leading the implementation or support of Front, Middle, or Back Office Investment Management systems.
  • Strong industry knowledge across multiple asset classes.
  • A strong record of customer service and problem-solving skills.
