Job Overview

This role offers a unique opportunity to join our team in delivering exceptional application support services. As a key member of our IT service management team, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance and operation of our applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and professional technical assistance to end-users, addressing their queries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Support the maintenance and development of applications throughout their lifecycle, guaranteeing stability, security, and peak performance
  • Collaborate with external vendors to ensure seamless operation, functionality, and performance of systems within the application portfolio
  • Engage closely with cross-functional teams to provide feedback on application usability, performance, and functionality, driving continuous improvement
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in an application support role, with hands-on experience supporting complex enterprise-level applications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling effective diagnosis and resolution of technical issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with expertise in stakeholder relationship management
  • Understanding of ITIL or similar frameworks for IT service management
  • Experience with vendor relationship management and governance
  • Proficiency in relevant computer applications, databases, and operating systems
