Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Application Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing functional support to business users of the Graile application, resolving application-related issues, and maintaining operational documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support to business users of the Graile application
  • Triage and resolve application-related issues, escalating where necessary
  • Maintain and update operational documentation and knowledge base articles
  • Assist with system testing, release deployments, and user acceptance testing
  • Manage application user access and reporting
  • Support regulatory reporting requirements

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Information Technology / Business Systems or related field
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in a business application support or functional support role
  • Strong understanding of business processes and how they relate to enterprise systems
  • Experience with ITSM tools such as Jira, Confluence, or ServiceNow
