Your Role in Our Journey

As a Team Lead- Data Analytics, you will play a key role in the transformation of analytics and insights delivery for our company. You will lead a team of data analysts and analytics engineers, ensuring they are aligned and delivering to business objectives. Your expertise in building datasets to support self-service visualization tools and using relational databases and analytic tools will be crucial in driving data-driven decision making.

  • Excellent communication skills and experience working with a range of technical and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data analysts and analytics engineers, ensuring they are aligned and delivering to business objectives.
  2. Work closely with business stakeholders to design and implement strategies to support business growth and operations.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and ensure effective data governance.
Requirements
  • Appropriate industry experience/qualifications in data analytics/insights.
  • Technical expertise in building datasets to support self-service visualization tools (Power BI) and using relational databases and analytic tools such as SQL, R, DBT, or Python.
  • Leadership and management experience in data and analytics, with strong business acumen.
Competitive Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annumUbank Values
