About the Role:

The Lead Data Analytics Practice Strategist will be responsible for building and leading our Data Analytics practice, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business operations and challenges across various domains and industries, with expertise in aligning people, processes, and technology strategies to enterprise goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Practice Growth and Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to grow and develop our Data Analytics practice, identifying new opportunities and leveraging emerging technologies to create value for our clients.
  • Client Engagement: Collaborate with our sales, account management, and delivery teams to design and deliver customized data analytics solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team of data analytics professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure their success.
  • Thought Leadership: Establish ourselves as a thought leader in the data analytics space, sharing our expertise and insights with our clients and industry peers through research, whitepapers, and speaking engagements.

Requirements:

  • Strong Understanding of Business Operations: Proven expertise in business operations and challenges across various domains and industries, with a deep understanding of how to align people, processes, and technology strategies to achieve enterprise goals.
  • Emerging Technologies: Hands-on experience with the latest advanced data and analytics cloud technologies, including proficiency in cloud solutions like Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Azure, AWS, and GCP.
  • Data Analytics Tools: Expertise in multiple data and analytics tools such as Hadoop, Apache Spark & Storm, and visualization tools like Tableau and PowerBI.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leadership experience, including building and leading teams as a consultant or internal IT/technology leader.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, with at least 10-15 years of progressively responsible experience in technology consulting.
