- Report Development and Maintenance: Creation, maintenance and optimisation of various reports and dashboards within SAP SuccessFactors to support business decision-making.
- Data Analysis Expertise: SQL query development - writing, modifying and optimising complex SQL queries to extract relevant people data for analysis, ensuring effective data retrieval, manipulation, and storage while maintaining high levels of data security and integrity.
