Unlocking Data Insights for a Leading Real Estate and Infrastructure Group

Dexus, a pioneering Australasian real estate and infrastructure group, is seeking an exceptional Senior Manager, Data Analytics to drive strategic data-driven decision-making.

The successful candidate will critically analyse large datasets, design and implement advanced reporting templates, and develop innovative methods for data analysis and insights. Collaborating with finance and technology specialists, you will spearhead analytical solutions, execute the Finance Data Strategy, and transform reporting into actionable insights through Power BI.

About the Role:

  • Develop and maintain complex data models, algorithms, and predictive analytics to inform business decisions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate data analytics into financial planning and strategy.
  • Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making and support ongoing user training.
  • Lead the implementation of data visualisation tools, such as Power BI, to enhance reporting and insights.

About You:

  • A minimum degree in finance, accounting, technology, information systems, computer science, or similar field.
  • 6-10 years of experience in finance analytics and/or data science, with expertise in handling complex data sets.
  • Strong proficiency in finance technology tools (e.g., Yardi, Xero, TM1), data analysis software (e.g., Power BI), and automation platforms.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, change management, and leadership abilities.
  • Innovative, customer-focused, and adept at problem-solving with a growth mindset.
