Job Title: Strategic Data Analytics Practice LeadEstimated Salary: $180,000 - $220,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced and strategic data analytics practice lead to drive growth in our AI and Data Analytics practice. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and architect impactful solutions leveraging advanced data and analytics technologies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow our AI and Data Analytics practice
  • Leverage expertise in data monetization, operating models, data governance, and delivery to drive client success
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end data consulting services
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in business and technology solutions
  • Build trusted advisor status with clients by enhancing relationships and delivering value-added solutions
  • Partner with sales, account management, and delivery teams to create customer-centric solutions

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of business operations and challenges across various domains and industries
  • Demonstrated passion and experience in leveraging emerging technologies to create new business opportunities
  • Extensive experience leading technology-based consulting engagements
  • Hands-on experience with cloud solutions like Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Azure, AWS, and GCP
  • Expertise in multiple data and analytics tools, including Hadoop, Apache Spark & Storm, Tableau, and PowerBI
  • Proven track record in organizational change management and leading sales pursuits within collaborative team environments
  • Experience in building and leading teams as a consultant or internal IT/technology leader
  • Commitment to continuous learning and self-development
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, with at least 10-15 years of progressively responsible experience in technology consulting
