Your Role:
We're seeking a seasoned data professional to lead our analytics team. As a Data Analytics Team Lead, you'll be responsible for driving data-driven decision making, working closely with stakeholders, and partnering across the business to deliver valued outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data analysts and analytics engineers, ensuring they're aligned and delivering to business objectives.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to design and implement strategies that support business growth and operations.
  • Work with our Data Engineers to understand underlying data assets and build business-centric, reusable assets to meet analytical needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements.
  • Enforce data governance, including regulatory compliance, and uphold data quality standards in analysis and reporting.

What You'll Bring:
  • Industry experience and qualifications in data analytics and insights.
  • Technical expertise in building datasets for self-service visualization tools and utilizing relational databases and analytic tools.
  • Leadership and management experience in data and analytics, with strong business acumen.
