Audiology Training Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Audiology Training Lead to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of sound and inspire lives.

About the Role
  • Coordinate and coach the training team to drive performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver sustainability targets and training hours across various pillars.
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Develop and implement end-to-end induction programs for new team members.
  • Deploy cutting-edge training strategies across the organization.
  • Review feedback and areas for improvement proposed by the team.
  • Develop, update, and track e-learning modules in our Learning Management System.
About You
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as an Audiologist.
  • Training experience is advantageous.
  • A passion for training and service excellence.
  • Familiarity with our Learning Management System.
  • Ability to negotiate and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
