
Telco Connection Specialist

This is an exciting time to join our team as a specialist who will play a critical role in ensuring customers have the maximum chance of success with connecting their Telco service(s) from the point of sale to activation, reducing repeat callers or customers who churn due to difficulties with connection.
- Assist customers with successful connection and use of their telco products
- Resolve technical issues customers face during the connection journey
- Educate customers on the connection process and how to use their telco products successfully
- Solve customer enquiries relating to getting connected on new/existing services
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Strong attention to detail
- High level of communication, both verbal and written
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team
- Coordination and organizational skills
- High attention to the customer experience and journey
- Ability to solve problems and foresee potential customer-impacting events
- Conflict management abilities
