Connection Specialist

We are looking for a Connections Specialist to join our dynamic team and play a critical role in managing community relationships, coordinating service connections, and ensuring project and community outcomes are delivered efficiently and professionally.

Core responsibilities

• Review house building plans and compliance documentation against Altogether standards.
• Communicate compliance requirements clearly to customers, builders, and developers.
• Maintain accurate property data in Altogether's CRM/database.
• Coordinate pre-connection inspections with internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate connections by liaising directly with applicants and builders.
• Raise work orders for inspections and connections.
• Monitor and ensure collection of applicable fees (review, inspection, connection, etc.).
• Track and report on connection rates using billing system data.
• Coordinate technical reviews for new business or service applications.
• Ensure all applicants are informed of connection requirements and available resources.
