Altogether is a sustainable multi-utility providing drinking water, recycled water and wastewater services, embedded energy networks and hot water systems to communities including greenfield and urban infill communities. In total, Altogether is providing utility services to over 400 communities and ultimately 100,000 customers by 2025.

Core responsibilities
- Review house building plans and compliance documentation against Altogether standards.
- Communicate compliance requirements clearly to customers, builders, and developers.
- Maintain accurate property data in Altogether's CRM/database.
- Coordinate pre-connection inspections with internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate connections by liaising directly with applicants and builders.
- Raise work orders for inspections and connections.
- Monitor and ensure collection of applicable fees (review, inspection, connection, etc.).
- Track and report on connection rates using billing system data.
- Coordinate technical reviews for new business or service applications.
- Ensure all applicants are informed of connection requirements and available resources.
