About the Role:

  • Conduct thorough hearing evaluations and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Deliver outstanding support through face-to-face and phone-based interactions.
  • Efficiently manage appointments and coordinate with colleagues.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and implement targeted marketing strategies.
  • Support clinic operations by providing administrative assistance and reporting insights.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles or retail environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and being tech-savvy.
  • Sales experience with targets and performance indicators is desirable.
  • Basic administration skills, with full training provided.
