**The Opportunity**

As part of our digital and marcomms growth plan we have an opportunity for an experienced Digital Connections Specialist to join our team here at The Arnott's Group.

In your role as Digital Connections Specialist, you will have a deep understanding of each digital channel, and the ability to strategically consider the role of each channel for each campaign.

**The Accountabilities**
- Critical understanding of marketing theory to develop portfolio and brand strategies to consider all digital touchpoints
- Guide the strategy and planning of retail media to ensure we have the right messages, at the right time, in the right format, at the right investment to deliver ROI
- Run strategic workshops with internal and external stakeholders
- Bring new ways of thinking to drive innovation with the Marcomms team and broader marketing team

**The Ingredients for Success**

Just like you can't make a Tim Tam without chocolate, there are a few essential ingredients we need for this role:

- Relevant tertiary qualification (preferred)
- 3-5+ years' experience in marketing, media or connections planning/technology
- Strong commercial acumen and mindset
- Intermediate to advanced excel
- Overall knowledge of planning principals for paid media
- An understanding of how an FMCG organisation works would be beneficial
