Consumer Connection Specialist

We are seeking an innovative professional to join our team as a Consumer Connection Specialist. In this role, you will shape the future of consumer connection with one of the most forward-thinking global media agencies.

You will work across brand-defining campaigns and curate end-to-end consumer experiences that connect people to brands in powerful and meaningful ways.

We partner with leading global clients across lifestyle, retail, technology, and professional services, building campaigns that influence audiences and drive measurable growth.

  • As a Consumer Connection Specialist, you will lead the development of comms strategies that unlock audience growth and cultural relevance.
  • You will use data, intelligence, and marketing theory to shape consumer journeys across owned, earned, shared, and paid channels.
  • Acting as campaign architect, you will design experiences that span the full funnel, from brand building to engagement touchpoints.
  • You will collaborate with media, creative, technology, and platform partners to curate how brands should show up within culture.

Your role will also involve leading diagnostics, guiding audience quantification, championing innovation, and ensuring communications strategies deliver measurable impact for clients.

You will work closely with business leadership, investment teams, and national leads to build collaborative thinking and support the agency's product development and culture.

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with at least 8 years' experience in strategy and communications planning within a leading media or creative agency.

You will be an expert in consumer and communications behaviour with the ability to synthesise data into compelling stories and actionable ideas.

Strong knowledge of core marketing theories, analytics, and modelling is essential, along with the ability to apply this to validate or unlock communications strategies.

You will demonstrate excellent organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure, and exceptional communication skills to engage senior stakeholders.
