We are seeking a skilled Field Sales Operations Manager to join our team in ANZ. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth and adoption of AWS services among small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of finance, business management and sales operations experience, with a strong background in developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.

This position requires excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business decisions.
