The National Operations Manager Role

This senior leadership position reports directly to the COO and serves as a central point of focus for activities, initiatives, and projects across all CTM ANZ operations. As a Global Operations Strategist, you will oversee the After Hours, CTM Assist, and Training departments, driving operational efficiency and consistency through best practice workflows, automation, and quality control processes.

You will work closely with Heads of Operations across CTM ANZ and other departments such as the National Support Team and Technology team to spearhead cross-functional projects that drive operational business transformation. Your tech-savviness will enable you to continually seek new and improved methods, structures, processes, and system utilisation for the CTM operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead operational teams to drive efficiency, consistency, and quality control
  • Develop and implement best practice workflows, automation, and process improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business transformation
  • Manage and develop operational talent to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Proven leadership and people management skills
  • Operational leadership experience
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills
  • Ideas and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Solid understanding of best practice and quality analysis and implementation
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Tech-savviness with a drive for business improvement and transformation
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • GDS experience or knowledge
