Job Description:

Secure a strategic seat at the senior leadership table, reporting directly to the Managing Director.

Lead key organisational initiatives including Performance, People & Culture - taking full ownership of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

At least 10 years of HR experience, including a minimum of 5 years in an HR leadership role in a multinational company and/or matrix organisations.

Demonstrated experience advising line managers on talent, workforce, and organisation development initiatives, leading employee relations, and managing risk and compliance from a HR perspective.

Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, delivering on organisational transformation initiatives, and building a talent pipeline.
