The Opportunity:
- Support the Facilities Management team with day-to-day operations, including administrative tasks and data management.
- Assist with facilities administration, purchase orders, and maintenance registers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
Requirements:
- A strong administrative background, confident in performing tasks and working collaboratively.
- Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service, with a customer-centric approach.
- Enthusiasm, strong people skills, and ability to think quickly on their feet.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and previous experience in facilities or related fields are preferred.
