Administrative Coordinator
INEOS Automotive is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to support the efficient and effective day-to-day running of the Australia New Zealand (ANZ) team. The successful candidate will oversee diary management, support with topic prioritization, compilation of presentations and reports, document management, and operational budget tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations to support the Head of Region and ANZ team
- Support Retail Partners with queries and provide assistance with new starter onboarding
- Attend key Commercial meetings to record minutes and actions, and follow up with stakeholders
- Support the team with diary planning, meeting setup, and travel arrangements
- Develop an understanding of ANZ activities to create meaningful reports and presentations
- Support the ANZ management team with strategic sign-offs and sanction requests
- Propose and plan team-building events and budget oversight
Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience, preferably in a team support role
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP (or alternative finance software)
- A genuine interest in the automotive industry (preferred but not mandatory)
