Our mission is to provide an exceptional member experience that inspires and motivates our customers to achieve their fitness goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive member growth and sales through premium customer service
- Care for and retain existing members by providing personalized support
- Perform administrative duties as required
This part-time role involves working 27 hours per week and requires the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for building key stakeholder relationships with members and driving an exceptional member experience.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have a passion for health and fitness, intermediate computer skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
