We're seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Christmas Casual Sales Assistants. As a key member of our sales floor, you'll be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our customers, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their shopping journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by providing styling advice, processing transactions, and maintaining a seamless shopping experience.
  • Visual Merchandising: Ensure visual appeal of the store through effective visual merchandising, stock management, and cleaning.
  • Sales Performance: Exceed sales targets and business KPIs by offering personalized product recommendations and promoting products in a way that resonates with customers.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in a similar retail or customer-facing role, with a keen sense of personal style.
  • A positive attitude, with a 'can-do' approach to all aspects of work.
  • An eye for detail, passion for styling, and visual merchandising skills.
  • Familiarity with large stock volumes, stock management, and in-store fulfillment.
  • A genuine alignment with our values and desire to contribute to Seed Heritage's mission.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
