Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Customer Service Officer. The primary purpose of this role is to ensure that customers and their children have an exceptional experience at our facility.
You will be responsible for welcoming and supporting customers, answering class enquiries, and providing billing support. You will also work closely with our coaches to maintain a high standard of presentation in the Centre.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring all members are welcome and supported when in the Centre
- Supporting the Centre Manager in customer engagement and retention programs
- Ensuring all enquiries are being answered in a timely and efficient manner
- Working closely with the Centre Manager to promote marketing programs and initiatives
- Maintaining a high standard of presentation in the Centre
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a customer service focus. You will also need to be available to work during key after-school sport timeslips (3pm-8pm Monday-Friday and Saturday morning 9am-2pm).
A proven history in customer service, administration or sport and recreation fields would be an advantage but is not essential.

We are committed to delivering high-quality programs that cater to the needs of the community, focusing particularly on programs for children aged between 1-14 years old.
