Our Sydney office is seeking an experienced Business Development Support Professional to join our Restructuring team. This role will involve supporting billing and general matter management responsibilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for a highly skilled and organized individual with solid experience in client reporting and working with clients who have specific billing and reporting requirements. Previous experience in a similar position either in a Personal Assistant or Legal Assistant capacity is also essential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Billing for the Sydney Restructuring team, including keeping on top of fee estimates and liaising with partners regarding actions to be taken;
  • Sending out bills to clients, including uploading of bills to client billing platforms;
  • Keeping on top of the team's time entry and ensuring all time is being captured prior to billing;

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be around AU$70,000 - AU$90,000 per annum, depending on experience. We are happy to consider candidates looking for part-time/flexible hours.
