**Role Overview:**

The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the future growth and raising the profile of the company across the Australian market. As a Marketing and Business Development Coordinator, you will be involved in a wide range of initiatives across marketing, communications, business development, and events.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Business Development: Support the execution of business development plans and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Content Creation: Assist in content creation (videos, newsletters, brochures, etc.).
  • Event Coordination: Coordinate internal and external events, such as client seminars, webinars, and industry functions.
  • Marketing Collateral: Help with the production of innovative and dynamic marketing collateral.
  • Research and Analysis: Research and analyze revenue-generating opportunities in the market.
  • Tenders and Capability Statements: Support with the development of tenders and capability statements.

**Requirements:**

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written communication, project management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Marketing Knowledge: Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing within professional services, including CRM and collateral production.
  • Team Player: A team player with exceptional collaboration skills and an ability to work autonomously.
  • Cultural Fit: An appreciation for the complex culture of professional services firms (consulting, accounting, legal or engineering).
  • Growth Mindset: Comfort with ambiguity and a desire to grow in a dynamic environment.

**What We Offer:**
