Business Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Support Professional to join our team at Elias Recruitment in our CBD offices. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a top law firm, delivering exceptional client service and supporting a great partner.
This role will be instrumental in managing all incoming communication, drafting responses, diary and email management, coordination of meetings, travel and accommodation bookings, opening and closing of files, ensuring effective management and confidentiality. You will also be responsible for amending documents and correspondence, assisting with marketing collateral and communications, event coordination, timesheets and billings, client liaison, and overseeing expenses.
Requirements- Around 3 years solid legal secretary experience
- Ideally a background in insurance but not essential
- Able to multitask and manage conflicting deadlines and projects
- Extreme attention to detail and able to communicate professionally and effectively
- Strong document creation and support
- Able to think ahead and prompt and push partners when required
- Mature and professional work ethic with high degree of confidentiality
- Cool, calm and collected manner – unflappable demeanor and professional with internal and external stakeholders
- High level software proficiency with fast and accurate typing
