Client Partnership Specialist

As a Client Partnership Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and expanding your client portfolio, focusing on retaining, growing, and attracting profitable relationships. You will work closely with clients, advisors, and industry influencers to deepen connections and enhance the organization's external brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet both financial and non-financial targets, including revenue growth, market share expansion, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to engage with clients and expand their business needs, while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure business lending transactions and provide personalized banking support to clients.
About You

To be successful in this role, we are looking for a strong candidate who can come in and hit the ground running. The ideal candidate should possess a degree, although experience is most valued. They should have a demonstrated aptitude for Banking, Finance, and Industry niches, along with a business development background.
