Strategic Transformation Trainer

We are seeking a dynamic Training Coordinator to support the implementation of a strategically significant transformation program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative training strategies to facilitate digital transformation and system readiness.
- Collaborate with change and program teams to align training with business needs and schedules.
- Evaluate training needs and readiness from current to future state.
- Design engaging training materials including guides, videos, and modules.
- Establish strong relationships across the organisation to ensure training success.
- Coordinate and deliver virtual and in-person training sessions.
- Report on training delivery, uptake, and success metrics.
Essential Requirements:
- Security Clearance or ability to obtain.
- Australian citizenship and political neutrality.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience across the full training cycle – needs assessment, planning, development, delivery, and evaluation.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- High-quality written communication and analytical thinking.
- Ability to manage multiple work packages and understand dependencies.
- Experience with Agile project delivery and change management frameworks.
- Ability to develop training for diverse audiences and evaluate learner needs.
