Training Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic Training Coordinator to support the implementation of a strategically significant transformation program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative training strategies to facilitate digital transformation and system readiness.
  • Collaborate with change and program teams to align training with business needs and schedules.
  • Evaluate training needs and readiness from current to future state.
  • Design engaging training materials including guides, videos, and modules.
  • Establish strong relationships across the organisation to ensure training success.
  • Coordinate and deliver virtual and in-person training sessions.
  • Report on training delivery, uptake, and success metrics.

Essential Requirements:

  • Security Clearance or ability to obtain.
  • Australian citizenship and political neutrality.

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience across the full training cycle – needs assessment, planning, development, delivery, and evaluation.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • High-quality written communication and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to manage multiple work packages and understand dependencies.
  • Experience with Agile project delivery and change management frameworks.
  • Ability to develop training for diverse audiences and evaluate learner needs.
