We are seeking a skilled Batcher/Agitator Driver to join our team at the Warrnambool Concrete Plant. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused individual to work in a fast-paced construction environment.

Operate a concrete batch plant, ensuring efficient production and quality control;">Load and transport concrete products to customers using a front-end loader (FEL);">Interact with customers, take orders, and schedule deliveries in a professional and courteous manner;">Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team, supporting other local plants to achieve positive outcomes;">Monitor plant and equipment performance, scheduling maintenance and conducting tasks as required;">Manage maintenance and production tasks, including manual handling when necessary;">Deliver exceptional customer service by providing high-quality products and timely services.">">

A valid Heavy Rigid (HR) licence or willingness to obtain one;">Effective communication skills, with the ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team;">Flexibility to work Saturday shifts and overtime, with a flexible roster that suits the business needs;">Ability to physically perform all tasks associated with the position, adhering to safety protocols and standards;">Relevant experience in a similar role or industry, with a strong understanding of concrete batching and transportation processes;">Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and maintain plant operations;">Basic computer skills, with familiarity with software applications used in the industry.">">
