Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and safety-conscious go-getter to join our team at our Warrnambool Concrete Plant. Located 3 hours west of Melbourne.

  • Oversee the operation of a concrete batch plant
  • Operate a front-end loader (FEL)
  • Regularly interact with customers, take orders & schedule deliveries
  • Work in a high-performing team, collaborate with other local plants to deliver positive outcomes
  • Able to demonstrate safety and show leadership potential
  • Ensure all products adhere to strict quality requirements
  • Monitor all plant and equipment, schedule & conduct maintenance as required
  • Manage maintenance & production tasks, including manual handling
  • Deliver concrete to customers
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Effective communication skills, team mentality and ability to work unsupervised
  • Flexible roster that includes Saturday work and overtime
  • Hold a Heavy Rigid (HR) licence
  • Obtain Construction Card / White Card
  • Ability to operate with and support a Zero Harm safety policy
  • Physically perform all tasks associated with the position
