Skilled Tradesperson

The primary objective of this role is to contribute to the creation of high-quality concrete constructions by performing duties as a Carpenter Joiner in accordance with established standards and specifications.

• Studying drawings and technical specifications to determine materials required, dimensions, and installation procedures
• Ordering and selecting timber and materials, preparing layouts
• Cutting materials, assembling, and nailing cut and shaped parts
• Erecting framework, panelised systems, roof framing, laying sub-flooring and floorboards, verifying trueness of structures
• Maintaining exceptional construction quality and adhering to safety protocols

• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Skilled in selecting and ordering materials
• Experience in cutting, assembling, and installing building components
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
