Are you passionate about making a difference in the financial services industry? We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Superannuation Administration Specialist to join our team at Iress.

About the Role

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract opportunity to work with our clients and internal teams to manage and report on superannuation administration incidents and complaints. You will be responsible for conducting incident and complaint impact assessments, root cause analysis, and developing proposed remediation plans for internal and external approval.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and report on superannuation administration incidents and complaints across various clients.
  • Conduct incident and complaint impact assessments, root cause analysis, and develop proposed remediation plans.
  • Work with internal teams to implement required remediation activities.
  • Document Post Incident Reviews and implement prevention steps to reduce recurrence.
  • Identify and develop processes and control uplift opportunities.
  • Ensure accurate capture of incidents and complaints information in relevant Jira projects.
  • Provide technical advice to internal and external stakeholders on incidents and complaints.

Requirements

  • RG 146 and deep understanding of superannuation administration processes and related obligations.
  • Experience in managing incident management and internal dispute resolution obligations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to complete calculations required to remediate incidents and complaints.
  • Ability to reduce preventable recurring incidents and complaints through root cause analysis and recommendations.
