The Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team responsible for end-to-end superannuation processing and/or related specialist activities
  • Drive the performance of all employees within the team
  • Prepare, implement, and review team plans/budgets
  • Provide operational direction to day-to-day activities, including responses to requests for information/service and appropriate record keeping
  • Manage the administrative performance of the team against key service level agreements

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Experience managing teams within a high-volume operational environment, preferably within the superannuation industry
  • The ability to drive team performance, initiative, and improvement with a customer-centric focus
  • Experience with workflow management tools and translating data to make effective resourcing decisions
  • Experience in the management of Service Level Agreements with a proven track record of achievement
