Lease Agreement Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Lease Agreement Specialist to join our dynamic legal team on a short-term assignment covering 4-6 weeks.

  • Draft, review, and negotiate lease agreements for retail locations ensuring compliance with legal requirements and standards.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including real estate and finance teams to facilitate lease execution.
  • Ensure all lease agreements adhere to relevant legal standards and industry-specific requirements.
  • Provide support in lease negotiation processes working closely with senior legal professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all lease agreements and related legal documentation.
  2. Effectively communicate legal concepts to non-legal colleagues fostering clear understanding and collaboration.
  3. Utilize legal technology tools for document management contract review and lease tracking.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a legal environment preferably in the areas of property or leasing.
  • An ability to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced high-volume setting.
  • Experience in navigating property management or legal platforms lease eagle experience desirable.
  • Able to read and interpret lease agreements.
