Job Overview:

This senior leadership position oversees comprehensive transaction management across a diverse retail portfolio.

As the Director of Retail Leasing Strategy, you will lead a team of professionals negotiating leases and overseeing document execution for retail and specialty sites in Australia.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the leasing team, providing coaching and training
  • Negotiate complex lease agreements including new leases, renewals, and market rent reviews
  • Develop strategic plans to mitigate financial and tenure risks within the retail portfolio
  • Maintain relationships with key landlords and developers
  • Analyse data to inform leasing decisions while ensuring governance and integrity
