Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and strategic sales professional to join our Global Client Action Team (CAT) supporting sales efforts in Australia/Asia.

Our ideal candidate will draw from their own track record of sales success to advise and coach internal business leaders and doer-sellers across Australia/Asia, helping them present a competitive edge to their clients.

  • Act as the key advisor to our Australia/Asia Regional Leadership Team
  • Serve as a professional internal coach and expert in winning work, providing knowledge, coaching and advice on developing client relationships
  • Leverage tools developed by the Client Action Team to support specific job functions:
    • Facilitate company-wide sales training programs
    • Guide Account Managers on account plan development and implementation
    • Serve as a business partner to Business Unit leadership, as they review their sales pipeline and identify key pursuits for deeper involvement
    • Engage pursuit teams and identify where they need help: client engagement planning and pre-positioning, win strategy coaching and developing detailed pursuit plans
    • Ensure good handover of win strategy materials to proposal team and provide continuity across Executive Summaries as a persuasive messaging architect, addressing all client hot buttons
    • Work with teams to provide presentation skills coaching and facilitate interview preparation sessions for specific client interviews/presentations
