We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive our national sales strategy and lead a high-performing team.

The Role

As Sales Director – Australia, you will be responsible for driving national sales strategy, leading a high-performing team, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to manage key relationships.

You will play a critical role in building a world-class seed business and positioning us as Australia's most trusted seed brand.

This role requires a strategic leader who can lead and coach a high-performing sales team and collaborate effectively with portfolio and research teams.

About You

We are looking for a results-driven sales leader with:

  • 10+ years senior sales leadership experience, ideally in agricultural seed, rural retail or supply sectors
  • Proven success in identifying opportunities and developing and executing successful sales strategies
  • Strong people leadership, coaching and team building capabilities
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills with the ability to collaborate with people across all levels
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data
  • Experience with CRM strategy and sales analytics platforms to leverage data-driven insights
  • Strategic thinking and proactive problem-solving abilities
  • High ethics, integrity and professionalism
  • Tertiary qualifications in Agriculture, Science, Business or a related field
