Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a service-oriented Legal Practice Administration Manager to join our Melbourne Office Operations team. As a key member of the team, you will support the day-to-day management of our high-performing practice groups, working four days a week, 9:00 am to 5:15 pm.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing a sizeable support team
  • Maintaining the quality and consistency of service provided to legal teams
  • Allocating work and utilising administrative support to support client delivery activities
  • Overseeing and administering central group processes to support the group's operations
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in leading teams of people
  • Well-developed time management and prioritisation skills
  • Sound operational management skills
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent in a relevant field
