We are seeking an experienced Weighbridge Operations Manager to join our team at Australia Wide Engineering Recruitment in Laverton North.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and motivated individual to take on a leadership role and manage the daily operations of our busy weighbridge.

  • Ensure raw materials and finished goods are received and despatched efficiently, meeting customer expectations and requirements.
  • Coordinate deliveries to meet customer needs, adhering to COR rules and regulations.
  • Conduct driver inductions for transport contractors.
  • Process incoming and outgoing goods deliveries, ensuring correct paperwork is issued.
  • Support the commercial and logistics administration team with administrative duties as required.

You will work closely with our commercial and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service delivery. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite.

Prior experience in weighbridge operations and office administration is highly regarded. You will also need to provide annual/sick leave cover for afternoon/night shifts when required.
