Responsibilities
  • Maintain high standards by thoroughly cleaning guest rooms, including making beds with precision, vacuuming floors, and cleaning bathrooms to ensure a pristine environment.
  • Complete cleaning tasks efficiently within the hours allocated.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily cleaning targets and operational goals.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and environmental standards.
  • Use specialized cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively.
  • Build strong, professional relationships with team members, guests, and contractors to foster a positive, respectful work environment.
Hourly Rates
  • Monday – Friday: $32.31 per hour
  • Saturday: $38.78 per hour
  • Sunday: $45.24 per hour
Requirements
  • Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles is valued.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.
  • Basic understanding of safe handling and usage of cleaning chemicals and equipment (training provided).
  • Good physical fitness and stamina; ability to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
  • Professional, clear communication skills to interact with guests, team members, and contractors.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a strong work ethic.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
