Hotel Guest Service Representatives play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, this individual will be responsible for welcoming guests at check-in and catering to their needs throughout their stay.

The ideal candidate will possess energy and enthusiasm for the hospitality industry, confident communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and previous experience within a similar 5-star environment are highly regarded.

As a key member of the Front Office team, the Hotel Guest Service Representative will strictly adhere to procedures with credit and cash transactions, issue room keys, and maintain guest confidentiality. By anticipating guests' needs, they will ensure a memorable stay.

This entry-level opportunity requires flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and nights.
