About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated Gaming Attendant to join our team.

This role is responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere through warm and authentic service. You will be actively engaged with guests, sharing your passion for our products and creating memorable moments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Actively engaging with guests by sharing your passion for our products.
  • Contribute positively to a culture of safety and compliance with RSA and RCG/RSG requirements.
  • Complete machine payouts and cash handling tasks in accordance with hotel policies and gaming regulations.

You will work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.

Requirements
  • Great people skills and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Motivated to comply with RSA and Gaming regulations.
  • Able to work flexibly across the day, evenings and weekends.
  • Current industry RSA and RCG/RSG qualifications.
