Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the central point of contact for clients
  • Deliver holistic case management under the Humanitarian Settlement Program (HSP) to newly arrived refugees and humanitarian entrants, helping them build skills for social and economic well-being
  • Review and update pre-arrival needs assessments
  • Maintain regular contact with clients to track progress, record achievements and reassess client needs

To succeed in this role, you will need a Diploma of Community Services (Case Management); or Bachelor of Applied Sciences (Community Services) or an equivalent alternate qualification, as well as ability to manage high needs caseloads and ensure client needs are met.
