We are seeking a skilled Settlements Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the timely settlements of new personal loan applications, making necessary outbound calls to clients, producing loan documentation, and reporting issues with documentation/systems or processes.

About the Role:

As a Settlements Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service. You will be responsible for:

  • ">
  • Timely settlements of new personal loan applications">
  • Making necessary outbound calls to clients to notify them of the required steps to settle their loan">
  • Producing loan documentation for customers, ensuring all details are correct and including any necessary documentation to settle">
  • Reporting issues with documentation/systems or processes to allow a smoother process">
  • Registering/removing security interest using the PPSR">

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • ">
  • A minimum of 12 months of settlements experience">
  • The ability to manage your own time and workload">
  • Experience in unsecured or secured personal loan settlement, with a proven track record of success">
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced role and enjoy changing environments">
