Who we're looking for:

1. Place vehicle orders and confirm supplier acceptances.
2. On time delivery management – efficient management of the order pipeline (inclusive of clear and concise updates to both internal and external stakeholders).
3. Vehicle delivery and confirmation process (ensuring all legal documents are executed correctly & compliant with set policies & guidelines).
4. Authorisation and activation of new leases.
5. Check, prepare and submit requests to financiers for approval & settlement.
6. Ensure tasks are completed in full compliance with company policies, financier guidelines & regulatory requirements.
7. Ensure priority security interests are lodged against funded assets.
8. Ensure accurate data input & maintenance in fleet management and accounting systems.
9. Collaborate and maintain a cohesive working relationship with financiers & internal stakeholders.

What you'll be doing:

1. Ensure all finance applications are prepared & submitted within set timeframes.
2. Ensure orders are placed with Dealerships & order pipeline managed accordingly.
3. Ensure all settlements are compliant with credit policies, approval conditions & guidelines.
4. Ensure all legal documents are executed correctly & compliant with set policies & guidelines.
5. Ensure all settlements are prepared & submitted within set timelines.
6. Manage and prioritise settlement workflows within set timeframes.
7. Contribute to process improvement.
8. Contribute to external audit process when required.

We're looking for someone who's…

1. Have exceptional attention to detail and numeracy skills.
2. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks to meet targets.
3. Ability to work under pressure in a time-sensitive environment.
4. Intermediate to advanced capability of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & Outlook).
5. Desirable - Familiar with leasing products such as Novated Leases with experience in Automotive Fleet Leasing or Asset Finance in a Financial Institution.
