Refugee Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Refugee Support Specialist to deliver holistic case management services under the Humanitarian Settlement Program (HSP) to newly arrived refugees and humanitarian entrants.
About the Role- Act as the central point of contact for clients, providing tailored support and coordinating with service providers.
- Maintain regular contact with clients to track progress against the Case Management Plan, record achievements, reassess needs, and seek feedback.
- Develop knowledge and understanding of the HSP program and its contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide foundation settlement services, housing, and orientation components.
- Review and update pre-arrival needs assessments and Case Management Plans based on updates or additional information.
- Manage high-needs caseloads and ensure client needs are met.
