Frontline Customer Service Role: We are seeking a skilled and professional Frontline Customer Service Officer to join our Sydney-based team with some flexibility to work remotely from home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-level customer support via various channels
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Manage inboxes, generate correspondence, and maintain accurate records
  • Support senior management in administrative tasks
  • Facilitate the resolution of complaints and concerns
  • Oversee office supplies and ensure efficient use of resources
  • Develop spreadsheets and reports to track progress and performance
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to foster engagement and partnerships
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records and databases

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administration or business support
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate excel skills
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office suite
  • Superior organizational skills with ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines
  • Valid Working With Children's Check and willingness to undergo a National Police Check
  • Reliable remote internet access with ability to work from home
  • Fully COVID vaccinated or medically exempt
  • Ability to commit to assignment duration
