In this blended role, you'll handle inbound sales enquiries, build rapport with clients, and support projects from first contact through to delivery.

Tasks & Responsibilities
Respond to warm inbound leads and qualify projects
Guide clients through early-stage consultation and needs assessment
Maintain project notes, CRM records, and internal task lists
Liaise with builders, estimators, and site teams to support delivery
Assist with quoting, client communication, and job progress
Skills & experience
Strong communicator - confident on the phone and with customers
Background in customer service, retail, sales or admin
Tech-savvy and highly organised
Interest in construction, renovations, or residential building
Driver's licence preferred
