Job Role: Frontline Office Support
">This is a key position that requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills to provide a positive first impression for all arrivals to the office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting clients, visitors and employees, scheduling appointments, managing calendars, maintaining accurate records and performing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Schedule appointments and manage diaries
- Manage filing systems and maintain confidentiality
- Perform general administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
